During my recent business trip to Ponta Delgada, my director chose Aqua - Populo Eco Village as our accommodation, and I was thoroughly impressed with our stay. One of the standout features of this aparthotel is the imposing view over the sea. Waking up to the breathtaking sight of the ocean was truly a remarkable experience. , the direct access to the pool and jacuzzi added a touch of luxury to our stay. After a long day of meetings, it was incredibly relaxing to take a dip in the pool or unwind in the soothing jets of the jacuzzi. , the recreational amenities at the aparthotel, including the outdoor pool and fitness center, provided ample opportunities for relaxation and keeping fit. Whether I wanted to take a refreshing swim or squeeze in a quick workout, Aqua - Populo Eco Village had me covered.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay at Aqua - Populo Eco Village was the inconsistent cleanliness of the room.

The units at Aqua - Populo Eco Village are so cozy and inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, like a dishwasher and microwave. It made our stay feel just like home!

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the air-conditioning in the units. But hey, everyone has different preferences, right?

The hotel room was big, had a microwave oven, a fridge, and coffee/tea making machines. The view of the ocean it had was brilliant! I interacted with the amiable and extremely friendly staff. The location was nice, a 10-15 minute walk from Lagoa das Empadadas.

The units are modern with a good breakfast. Responsive people are working. The location is peaceful and perfect, 15 minutes' walk to a public beach.

The room was clean with smoke detectors for safety measures. The location was marvellous and the free parking was onsite. Plus, Quinta da Terca was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

The kids had a blast playing in the sand and swimming in the crystal-clear water. The beach bar provided delicious snacks and drinks, and we enjoyed soaking up the sun while taking in the breathtaking views. The location couldn't be better, and it made for a perfect family day outing during our stay at this amazing eco-village.

For dads, it would be great to have a designated play area for the children.

This apartment is a comfortable place to stay, with friendly staff who offer a good breakfast. The location is excellent - close to a nice beach with children's area and easy access to nearby city. Rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The apartment and bathroom are clean, with good decor. Plus, there is a well-equipped gym, jacuzzi and pool available.

Some of the common areas are not well-cleaned, which makes it unpleasant to stay in those places.

The open staircase leading to the loft in our villa posed a challenge for the little ones in our group.

As a senior, I really appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The pathways were wide and easy to navigate, and there were plenty of seating areas to rest and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

I would have loved to see more activities or programs specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have some organized outings or gentle exercise classes available.
